The GDZ Series represents advanced trenchless pipeline obstruction cleaning equipment designed for efficient, non-invasive maintenance of pipeline systems. This specialized equipment eliminates the need for extensive excavation, providing cost-effective solutions for clearing blockages and restoring optimal flow in underground pipelines.
This pipeline drilling machine is designed for clearing internal pipeline blockages such as hardened cement, bricks, stones, and other solid debris. By delivering high torque and strong axial thrust through the drilling rod to the cutting head, the system effectively crushes and breaks blockages inside the pipe. The debris is then discharged out of the pipeline through water flushing or mechanical removal, restoring full pipeline functionality efficiently.
The pipeline drilling rig provides continuous rotational torque and forward thrust. These forces are transmitted through the drill rod to the drilling head, which applies concentrated mechanical force to cement, brick, and stone blockages. The crushed materials are discharged through the pipeline outlet with water flow, achieving fast and thorough blockage removal without damaging the pipeline structure.
